CUSTOM MACHINING

Utilizing the latest technology in CNC machinery, we have expanded into new industries by providing one-off custom cut components or production milling. Our 5-axis/ 3-axis CNC machines are quick and precise, and we use a mix of programming software.

FIXTURES & GAUGES

With state-of-the-art machinery, we have the ability to design, manufacture, assemble, and ship fixtures and gauges ranging from simple CMM holing, to fully custom measuring solutions cut from aluminum to minimize weight, or steel to maximize durability.

CUSTOM PINS

We are the pin fabrication experts, and we can help bring your design to life with custom pin or replacement pins for existing projects. We produce 2/4 way pins, plug pins, captive pins, go/nogos, or any custom design you require with various materials, finishes and handles available.

PARTS & REPAIRS

We have the ability to provide custom repairs and replacement services for your existing fixtures. From simple modifications to involved re-design and add ons, we can offer a complete solution including modified CAD data and GDT.

FABRICATION, WELDING, & ASSEMBLY

Medium duty fabrication, custom welding, and light automation is what makes us your one-stop shop for all things metal and aluminum. W e can produce carts, trays, small platforms, weldments, and much more.

CMM & QUALITY MEASUREMENT REPORTS

Quality is an important aspect of any manufacturing process, and we certify our work as required by our clients to ensure that all aspects of the design, cutting, and assembly meet expectations. Waterloo Gauge can provide in-house pin and gauge reports or 3rd party ISO 17025 CMM reports for complex features and profiles.
